How individual referral links work.
We identify a referral link on the opportunity where it is used. A referral link does not improve or guarantee an application outcome.
Some current listings use individual referral URLs; look for the disclosure beside the application link.
Possible referral benefit
If an individual referral link is added, it may provide a referral credit, commission or another benefit to the portal operator, depending on the external platform's program. This site does not set the program terms or claim a specific payment.
It does not change hiring decisions
Using a referral URL does not guarantee approval, an interview, a contract or a project. Selection and eligibility are determined by the external platform or company.
How links are configured
Referral URLs belong to individual records in src/data/jobs.ts. If a record has no referral URL, its official source URL is used. There is no global redirect or automatic forwarding.
